SHIPPING & RETURNS
We do everything in our power to ship out all orders in a timely manner. All orders are filled within 24-48 hours once received and are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Moon & Body, LLC. currently uses USPS and UPS 2 day shipping.
Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19 restrictions, some shipments may experience delayed shipping times and deliveries. Although this is out of Moon & Body's control, a tracking number is sent via email for all orders placed to remain up-to-date on your shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means, you have 14 days from the time of delivery to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in it's original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we've received and inspected your return, you will be notified of the status of your refund and credited the amount of purchase via the original payment method when the order was placed. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the credit to your account.
Damaged or Destroyed Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Moon & Body, LLC immediately if the item is defective, damaged or destroyed during shipment, in order to resolve any issue within the 14 day policy.
